Job Requirements of Multi- Family Project Manager- Bothell, WA:
* Experience SPE looking to move into a Project Manager position• Has a project list of mixed use and multi-family builds
The project manager's main duties is to help supervise a wide variety of projects from pre- construction to close out
They will help organize and oversee all procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, being able to provide professionalism to their colleagues as well as their clients on a day to do basis

Our client is a full service general contractor that has been in business that has been in business for over 40 years and licensed in 8 different states
This general contractor focuses in preconstruction all the way to project completion
They use multiple new software, and new VDC methods that help improve their projects confidently and strategically, improving their project management and cross coordination to help prevent conflicts early and save clients' money and time
This general contractor work on multifamily builds, industrial, manufacturing facilities, restaurants, and retail.
Responsibilities:
• Has a strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, verbiage, and equipment
• Able to create and update the project budget
• Possess a strong ability to estimate on both construction management and self-perform work items
• Review project schedule, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Prepares and present project proposals, clarification, alternatives, and value engineering to clients and architects
• Conduct and collaborate with architects, subcontractors clients, and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project
• Respectfully listens and takes direction from Senior Project manager and the Vice President of Construction
• Able to interview, hire, and train employees
• Successfully plan, assign, and direct work
Successful Candidate:
• Has a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
• Can be a SPE but has to have at least 4 plus years of experience
• Project manager with 2+ years of experience running multi-family builds
• Has worked on mixed use, multi-family, small commercial TIs, or affordable housing
• Has excellent communication skills on the phone, verbally, and effectively when speaking to employees, clients and customers
• Professionally able to persuade customers, stakeholders by phone, e-mail, and contract craftsmanship
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Viewpoint and/or AIA construction software knowledge preferred
