Senior Plastics Engineer - Industrial - Merrimack, NH
The Senior Plastics Engineer will lead product development and manufacturing processes within the Engineering & Manufacturing department. This role requires expertise in plastics engineering to drive innovation and ensure quality standards.

Description
The Senior Plastics Engineer will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and development of plastic components and products.
- Overseeing the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives in production processes.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in plastic product designs and manufacturing.
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Staying updated with advancements in plastics engineering technology.

Profile
A successful Senior Plastics Engineer should have:
- Strong knowledge of plastics engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing plastic components.
- Experience in project management within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Plastics or Polymer Engineering.
