Description

The Construction Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Lead the on-site management of multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site safety, and quality control.
• Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges effectively.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Profile

The Construction Lead Superintendent candidates will possess the following:

• 5-7+ years years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
• Has a valid MA-CSL
• Project experience in one of their core markets: multifamily or mixed use
• Experience working locally around Boston or South shore preferred
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Ability to mulitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
