Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Projects Up To $100M - Boston
Our client is seeking an experience Superintendent to join their team and act as a leader for their many upcoming multifamily projects.

Description
The Construction Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Lead the on-site management of multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site safety, and quality control.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges effectively.
- Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Profile
The Construction Lead Superintendent candidates will possess the following:
- 5-7+ years years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
- Has a valid MA-CSL
- Project experience in one of their core markets: multifamily or mixed use
- Experience working locally around Boston or South shore preferred

Job Offer
