A leading General Contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up big box retail projects, including supermarkets like Aldi, Publix, and other major retailers. This role requires strong leadership, budget management, and scheduling expertise to ensure successful project completion.

With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a Project Manager who can drive projects efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards.

Description

• Manage ground-up big box retail projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Lead project teams, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up retail construction projects.
• Strong background in big box retail builds (Aldi, Publix, Walmart, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of South Florida building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
