Education Superintendent - Indianapolis Construction
Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules

Description
- Oversee all phases of site construction, ensuring seamless progression from project initiation to punch list completion.
- Mentor and develop team members, including Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns, to enhance their professional growth.
- Uphold quality control and safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment for all stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications with accuracy and clarity.
- Keep thorough daily records of site activities, including detailed reports and photographic documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local inspectors and code enforcement officials to facilitate smooth operations.
- Coordinate and secure all required inspections to obtain final permit approvals and certificates of occupancy.
Profile
