Outside Sales - Long Island
This is an exciting opportunity for an Outside Sales professional to join a leading company in packaging industry selling to industrial and manufacturing clients. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to business growth in the territory.

Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Provide clients with product knowledge and technical support to address their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to management and clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new strategies and opportunities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Profile
A successful Outside Sales professional should have:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Ideally packaging sales experience.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Long Island market and its customer base is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
