Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and safety protocols.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management software (e.g., Procore).
• OSHA certification and a strong safety mindset are essential.
