Description

Superintendent - Multifamily - Portsmouth, NH - $140k - Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the job site, ensuring that construction is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project milestones are met, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and quality control procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in affordable housing, multifamily, or similar projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

Job Offer

• Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
