• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project schedules, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate site documentation

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive project success
• Extensive experience in commercial ground-up construction with a focus on quality and safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve challenges
