A mid-sized, highly respected General Contractor north of Boston is seeking a Lead Superintendent with 10-15+ years of experience in ground-up construction to take full ownership of large-scale multifamily and commercial projects in the Greater Boston area. Description

As Lead Superintendent, you'll take full accountability for daily onsite operations. You'll manage field staff, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics to keep high-profile projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run all field operations on ground-up projects valued $25M-$100M
• Coordinate site logistics, subcontractors, inspections, and safety
• Lead project meetings and interface with owners, PMs, and inspectors
• Maintain clear documentation and scheduling through Procore
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents and trade personnel
• Ensure project is delivered on time, on budget, and safely

Profile

The Lead Superintendent will have:

• 10-15+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a GC
• Extensive experience running full-cycle ground-up construction
• Background with multifamily projects in the $25M-$100M+ range
• Must hold a valid MA CSL license
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools

Job Offer

• $175K-$225K base
