Description
- Lead commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
- Manage day-to-day project operations including subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and client communication
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (or similar), and track progress against milestones
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, change orders, and monthly financial reporting
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; proactively identify and resolve issues
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools for document management, reporting, and project coordination
- Support BIM coordination and ensure integration across project stakeholders where applicable
- Drive project closeout processes including punch list, turnover documentation, and client handoff
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10+ years of experience with a General Contractor, focused on commercial interiors projects
- Proven track record managing projects ranging from $1M to $20M+ from start to finish
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations within interiors environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and familiarity with Primavera scheduling tools
- Exposure to BIM processes and coordination preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface confidently with clients and field teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications preferred
- Team-oriented leader with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
