Client Details
- My client was founded 14 years ago with its primary market being in the Education/K-12 space, but also doing some public work as well (City Hall, police stations, facility work). They run as a design/build Construction Management firm (no self-perform) with in house engineering, all projects developed in-house, and they act as the prime contact with the client.
- My client has grown to roughly a 55 person firm since launching. Their growth has been very steady and healthy, and they continue to be very selective and particular about the culture - this is more important than experience to them. Their 8 year plan is to double in size and revenue - to be a $150M firm with 100-150 people.
- Excellent work/life balance. They pride themselves on the fact they operate at a true 40/50 hour week.
- Super flexible environment, allow work from home flexibility. The office is still always very lively, but they want people to be in the environment they can work best in. They put trust in their employees to handle this.
