Description

• Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and manage any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Assist with estimating when necessary (preferred but not mandatory).

Profile

An experienced superintendent with strong leadership and communication skills, who has managed ground-up multi-family, commercial, retail, or office projects. OSHA 30 and NYC DOB license are required. Estimating skills are a bonus.
