DOB Construction Superintendent
Lead ground-up construction projects in multi-family, commercial, and retail spaces. Ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget while adhering to safety standards.

With a consistent project pipeline, and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multi-family, commercial, and retail projects. They are known for maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Description
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors and materials, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and manage any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Assist with estimating when necessary (preferred but not mandatory).
Profile
An experienced superintendent with strong leadership and communication skills, who has managed ground-up multi-family, commercial, retail, or office projects. OSHA 30 and NYC DOB license are required. Estimating skills are a bonus.
