Project Manager- Office Buildouts
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in office buildouts to oversee commercial interior construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable general contractor in Miami, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in high-end office buildouts across South Florida. With a strong reputation for delivering premium commercial spaces, they pride themselves on fostering a collaborative work environment and maintaining long-term relationships with developers, landlords, and corporate clients.
Description
- Manage multiple office buildout projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to meet client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from pre-construction to closeout.
- Address challenges proactively and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior buildouts, particularly office spaces.
- Proven ability to oversee projects ranging from $1M-$10M+ in value.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing subcontractors and project teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and vendors.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
