Project Manager- Office Buildouts

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in office buildouts to oversee commercial interior construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable general contractor in Miami, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Manage multiple office buildout projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to meet client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from pre-construction to closeout.
• Address challenges proactively and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior buildouts, particularly office spaces.
• Proven ability to oversee projects ranging from $1M-$10M+ in value.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing subcontractors and project teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and vendors.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
