Description

• Oversee daily site operations for a 3-story, 74-unit post-tension multifamily project.
• Coordinate all field activities, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Monitor material deliveries, quality, and inventory for efficient resource utilization.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize delays or rework.
• Communicate consistently with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in a superintendent role with a focus on multifamily construction, ideally with post-tension concrete projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with project management software, building codes, and best construction practices.
• Certifications: OSHA certification is preferred.
• Qualities: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate crews and maintain productivity under tight deadlines.
