Manufacturing Technician
My client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to be involved in hands‑on work building and inspecting components for minimally invasive implantable pulse generators and external programming systems.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician are:
- Perform manual and semi‑automated assembly of implantable therapeutic devices, external programmers, and supporting accessories.
- Follow established manufacturing instructions, drawings, and component specifications with a high degree of accuracy.
- Preparation of metallographic samples (cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing).
- Operation of sandblasting equipment, polishing machines, and manual grinders.
- Generate high‑quality technical documentation for design history files (DHF), risk analyses, FMEAs, and regulatory submissions

Profile
The successful Manufacturing Technician will have:
- High school diploma required; associate degree or technical certification in electronics, biomedical technology, or manufacturing preferred.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in metallographic sample preparation (cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing).
- Basic understanding of welding, soldering, and surface treatment processes.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, laboratory standards, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
