Commercial Superintendent - Restaurants
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in restaurant construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading all field operations to ensure successful project execution.

Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, specializing in high-end interior build-outs for the restaurant, hospitality, and retail industries. For over 50 years, they have built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality.
Coordinate day-to-day activities, including inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
Enforce compliance with building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, owners, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Maintain accurate daily logs, project documentation, and progress reports.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the schedule or quality.
Lead and participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and project reviews.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
Profile
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on restaurant construction.
Previous experience working with or for high-end interior general contractors is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on fast-paced, deadline-driven projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with construction management software and digital project documentation.
OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications a plus.
