Description

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure on-site safety, compliance, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Oversee quality control and inspections to meet project standards and client expectations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports as required.

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• 6+ years of ground up commercial construction experience for Retail and / or office projects
• Experience in managing commercial construction projects effectively.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee multiple aspects of a project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
