Their focus in the construction market is on innovative solutions and meticulous planning, working on projects ranging from $10M to $50M across the Greater Boston Area and beyond. Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement and refine policies to ensure superior quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• 5+ years of experience building commercial, multfamily, academic, or hotel projects
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication & time-management skills
• Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
• software's ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
