Senior Principle Continuous Improvement Lead

This role leads enterprise-level Lean initiatives to embed a culture of operational excellence across manufacturing and back‑office processes. The role drives strategic transformation, coaches leaders and teams in Lean methods, and delivers measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

Description

  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business services.
  • Support leadership in achieving strategic goals related to operational efficiency.

Profile

A successful Senior Principle Continuous Improvement Lead should have:

  • 10+ years in manufacturing with a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and strong leadership with independent decision‑making.
  • Proven experience deploying Lean Operating Systems and driving sustainable results using tools such as SMED, 6S, Visual & Daily Management, and standard work.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and engage both leadership and shop‑floor teams in Lean methodologies; strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Belt preferred, with competency in advanced statistical techniques, project management (PMP preferred), and proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office.
