Client Details

• 50+ years in the business - Leading Construction + Real Estate Development Firm in NJ
• As a firm, they work on investments, development, construction and asset management; for property they own and as a third party
• Portfolio includes a mix of multifamily, mixed use developments, and industrial properties (which is the sector they are looking to grow in)

Description

• Works with Business Development Director & Operations Manager to form costs & labor costs on special projects.
• Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.
• Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.
• Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.
• Assists walk-in customers with project & product inquiries.

Profile

• minimum of 3-5yrs+ of estimating experience in a GC or Developer environment
• experience bidding industrial projects is highly preferred
• strong understanding of ground up construction, particularly sitewor

Job Offer

• Base salary $125k+
• 20-25% Bonus Opportunity.
