Project Manager-Interiors

The Construction Project Manager will oversee interior construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with interiors experience to join our growing team and lead some of our most exciting interior buildouts.

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage interior construction projects from start to finish

  • Work closely with designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met

  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines

  • Conduct site visits and supervise on-site activities to ensure quality workmanship

  • Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and performance

  • Proactively identify and solve project challenges

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and maintain excellent relationships

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Profile

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on interiors

  • Strong understanding of interior construction processes, materials, and finishes

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred (but not required)

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
