Tax Analyst - Manufacturing - Lisle, IL
Excellent Tax Analyst opportunity at a growing manufacturing firm based in Lisle, IL. This role will include, but will not be limited to, assisting with direct and indirect tax filings.
Client Details
My client is a well-known industrial machinery manufacturing firm based in Lisle, IL. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team who goes into the office 2x/week.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support indirect tax audit data compilation
- Handling of general internal and external tax inquiries
- Provide assistance to Tax Managers in the successful management of indirect and direct taxes
- Work closely with Vertex software
- Work with tax tools to ensure tax records are entered accurately and timely
- Collaborate closely with finance and other teams
Profile
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the space (indirect/sales and use tax)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting preferred
- Self-starter personality and eager to learn
- Strong and effective communicator
- SAP/Vertex experience is preferred
