Process Engineer
Exciting Process Engineer opportunity with a rapidly growing contract manufacturer in the aerospace & defense sector. Utilize existing skills to drive efficiency & develop manufacturing processes for new product lines.

Description
- Develop job routings for custom engineered products
- Develop CNC programs for new product runs
- Create BOMs, handle ECOs, and create SOPs for production staff
- Interact with clients to understand custom order specifications
- Design fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes
- Utilize LEAN/Six Sigma tools to reduce waste/inefficiency in manufacturing processes
- Work alongside daily production to troubleshoot issues
Profile
- Bachelors Degree in engineering related field
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and programming experience with CNC equipment
- Strong technical understanding of GD&T principles
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Job Offer
- Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 Depending on level of experience
- Annual bonus incentives based on company performance
- 3+ weeks of PTO
