Client Details
My client is a leading construction company specializing in both residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role will be ideal for someone with a strong mix of multi-family residential and commercial construction experience. Description
- Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
- Review and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in both multi-family residential and commercial construction.
- Strong working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office suite.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, project management, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
- A mix of both residential and commercial project experience.
- Experience managing multi-family buildings, office complexes, and other commercial projects.
