Superintendent - BK
This position provides the opportunity to oversee the successful execution of fast-paced, detail-driven commercial interior projects across NYC. As the on-site leader, you'll direct teams, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Description
Oversee all site operations for commercial interior build-outs.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet milestones.
Enforce safety compliance and maintain site cleanliness.
Review drawings and specifications to resolve issues quickly.
Track schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and project teams.
Profile
The ideal Superintendent has a strong background in commercial interiors, with the ability to balance fast-paced schedules and high-quality expectations. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and excel at leading diverse teams in dynamic environments. This person is both client-facing and technically skilled, ensuring smooth coordination across all phases of interior construction.
5+ years of superintendent experience, commercial interiors focus.
Proven track record with corporate office/law/finance/tech fit-outs.
OSHA 30 certified.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades under tight timelines.
NYC construction knowledge and interiors expertise required.
