They specialize in designing and constructing luxury custom family homes in the Hamptons, blending elegance with functionality. Client Details

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's exacting standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple subcontractors, coordinate with designers and architects, and ensure that every detail of the project aligns with the vision of the homeowner.

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction for luxury custom homes in the Hamptons.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and design teams to maintain clear communication.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Review and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any concerns proactively.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Construction Project Manager role, with a focus on luxury residential construction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Expertise in coordinating high-end finishes and custom detailing.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, safety protocols, and local building codes in the Hamptons.
  • Technology: Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Location: Ability to commute to Medford, NY, and the Hamptons as needed.
