Description

If you're passionate about precision, continuous improvement, and making a difference, this is the role for you. Main duties and responsibilites for the Quality Engineer will include:
- Ensure product compliance with AS9100C, ISO9001, and customer quality standards.
- Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions using 8D and 5 Why's methodologies.
- Implement advanced inspection technologies such as CMM and vision systems.
- Support engineering teams with new product introduction (NPI) and quality analysis.
- Conduct internal audits to maintain high-quality standards and certifications.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with a stable and innovative company making an impact in critical global industries.
Profile
In return for a competitive remuneration package, a successful Quality Engineering candidate will possess the following:
- A four-year degree or equivalent (or 5+ years of relevant inspection experience).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100C, ISO9001, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in interpreting GD&T blueprints and performing shop math (including trigonometry).
- Familiarity with quality tools like 8D, 5 Why's, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Hands-on experience with advanced inspection tools (CMM, vision systems, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools for reporting and analysis.
- A proactive approach to driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance.
