The role includes assisting with daily attendance tracking, timesheet coordination, paid time off calculations, and benefits processing such as enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Description
- The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting daily HR operations related to attendance, payroll, and benefits administration.
- This includes tracking and processing employee attendance records, coordinating timesheet adjustments with departments, and preparing paid time off entitlements for new hires and terminations.
- The role also assists with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, and helps prepare materials for benefits orientations.
- Additionally, the position supports office administration tasks and participates in employee morale initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Profile
- The successful candidate will be detail-oriented early-career professional with a strong interest in Human Resources.
- They will have 0-2 years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin is required due to the international nature of the organization.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills are key to success in this position.
