Engineering Manager - Industrial - Springfield, MA
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a small team of 5 Engineers and manage multiple capital expenditure projects across an industrial facility. You will use strong project management and people leadership skills to drive a culture of motivation and productivity.

Description
Reporting directly into the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Leading capital expenditure projects across the facility.
- Managing a small team of Engineers.
- Maintaining all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, train, mentor, coach, and discipline team members.
- Develop and manage long term strategic plan.
- Provide strategic leadership centered around continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering required
- 6+ years of experience working in an industrial setting
- 3+ Experience in a leadership or management role
- Lean and continuous improvement experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience as a strategic leader
- Experience teams
