Maintenance Manager

Description

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and environmental regulations.

Profile

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or beverage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance strategies.
