Superintendent - NYC
We're looking for a skilled Commercial Interiors Superintendent to manage field operations for interior build-outs in Brooklyn. You'll oversee subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

A well-established general contractor specializing in fast-track commercial interior fit-outs across New York City, particularly Brooklyn. Known for delivering premium spaces for tech, media, and professional services firms, the company values proactive field leadership and offers strong support from its PM and executive teams.
Description
Lead daily onsite operations for commercial interior projects
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site labor
Enforce project schedules and adjust sequencing to maintain timelines
Manage quality control and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
Ensure jobsite safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers on field issues and updates
Track deliveries, inspections, and resolve punch list items
Maintain daily field reports and site documentation
Profile
7+ years of superintendent experience on NYC commercial interiors
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and DOB codes
Excellent scheduling and field coordination skills
Clear, professional communication with clients, subs, and internal teams
Able to problem-solve quickly and keep projects on track in occupied or complex buildings
OSHA 30 and Site Safety Training (SST) card required
