As Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead advanced quality engineering, driving program improvements through audits and compliance, while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing technical expertise. Manage priorities, documentation, training, and cost reduction related to material discrepancies and warranties.

Description
Key responsibilities of this Quality Assurance Engineer role include:
- Program Enhancement: Driving improvements to the quality program through audits, corrective actions, and supplier management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations, including ASME and 10CFR.
- Technical Expertise: Providing technical guidance and support related to quality assurance.
- Priority Management: Establishing and managing work priorities for the quality department.
- Documentation and Training: Overseeing documentation control and employee training programs.
- Cost Reduction: Implementing initiatives to reduce costs associated with discrepant materials and warranties.
Profile
A successful candidate will have:
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of quality assurance in regulated manufacturing, especially ASME and 10CFR.
- Leadership: Proactive ability to drive continuous improvement via audits and corrective actions.
- Communication: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Supplier Management: Experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Management Skills: Proven ability to handle documentation, training, and cost reduction.
- BS in Engineering.
- 2-5 years work experience of quality control inspection or quality program implementation
