Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for building? Our client, a well-established general contractor based in Nashville, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on a variety of commercial construction projects.

Description
- Lead daily on-site operations and ensure projects are built to spec, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and safety protocols
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related issues and progress updates
- Maintain high standards of quality control and job site cleanliness
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Local experience in the Nashville market or willingness to relocate
