Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Description

• Lead daily on-site operations and ensure projects are built to spec, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and safety protocols
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related issues and progress updates
• Maintain high standards of quality control and job site cleanliness
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Local experience in the Nashville market or willingness to relocate
