Description
The Superintendent - Interiors/Multifamily Construction - NoVA will be responsible for:
- Supervising and managing construction projects in active environments, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Leading hospital interior renovation projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and uphold quality standards.
- Maintaining professionalism and sensitivity while working within occupied hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction.
Profile
The Superintendent - Interiors/Multifamily Construction - NoVA will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, specifically multifamily projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to oversee large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of multifamily building systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Relevant certifications, including OSHA and First Aid/CPR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.Proven problem-solving ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and managing projects around $20 million.
