Description

The Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in production.
• Analyze process data and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing operations.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in plastics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plastic molding/extrusion/thermoforming processes.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
