Travelling Superintendent

A Knoxville‑based GC is seeking a Travelling Superintendent to lead ground‑up healthcare and industrial projects across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a highly organized, field‑driven leader who thrives in environments where safety, quality, and scheduling excellence are essential. You'll serve as the on‑site lead ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Description

• Lead all on‑site activities for healthcare and industrial ground‑up projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, inspections, and daily operations
• Enforce strict safety standards and maintain compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and internal teams
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress reporting
• Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget

Profile

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial or industrial GC
• Proven experience in ground‑up healthcare, industrial, or similar complex builds
• Ability to travel regularly across the Southeast
• Strong competency in scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and site documentation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
