Superintendent - Commercial/Education Experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated Superintendent that can build both ground-up projects and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Description

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects ensuring quality and timely completion
• Lead and manage on-site construction team to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety guidelines
• Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals
• Prepare and submit reports on construction project progress
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Handle on-site emergencies professionally and proactively

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Extensive experience in overseeing construction projects, preferably projects up to $5M in valuation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A commitment to safety and quality
