Due to retirement, one of my top clients is looking for a Boston based salesperson to run their New Engalnd territory. The role has you focused selling their acoustic sound masking solutions to corportate offices - and will have a highly lucrative commossion structure on top of a competitirve base
Client Details
An innovator in sound masking solutions f is expanding its U.S. footprint and seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to cover the New England territory. This company's patented acoustic technologies are trusted by Fortune 1000 organizations to optimize productivity, privacy, and acoustic comfort across office and healthcare settings.
This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role ideal for a B2B sales professional who thrives in technical consultative sales, solution presentation, and project management. The position reports to a U.S.-based executive team and collaborates closely with engineering, support, and operations in North America.
Description
Drive net new business across commercial office and healthcare markets in the NY region
Build and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, integrators, and end users
Present, demo, and consult on acoustic systems that are tailored to client needs
Collaborate with engineering and HQ teams to scope, propose, and deliver projects
Coordinate installations and ensure proper system calibration (training provided)
Maintain CRM, build pipeline forecasts, and report monthly sales activity
Profile
5-10 years of experience in B2B sales with enterprise or Fortune 1000 clients

Track record in one or more of:
Sound masking / acoustics
Commercial AV integration or tech solutions
Interior office architecture, furniture, or flooring
Low-voltage contracting, IT infrastructure, security systems
Strategic, technical, and hands-on - able to manage the full sales cycle
Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
Proficiency with CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools
Job Offer
Six figure base + uncapped commission: Mid to high six-figure OTE based on performance
Full training provided - prior sound masking experience not required
Autonomy + Support: Home office setup, company phone/laptop, demo kit
