Audit Manager US Consumer Compliance

We are seeking an Audit Manager within the US Consumer Compliance team who possesses a strong knowledge of financial services and regulatory compliance. This individual will be tasked with leading and managing complex audit activities to ensure the company's adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of audit activities, including complex and high-risk areas
• Assess the state of the governance, risk management, and control processes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
• Guide and mentor team members to promote their professional development
• Coordinate with other audit teams to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• 3+ years of internal audit experience in the banking industry
• Strong knowledge in financial services and regulatory compliance
• Experience in leading and managing audit activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A keen eye for detail and precision
