Part-Time Accountant

Our client is looking for a Part-Time Accountant to join the team. This individual will be doing bank recs, assisting with the AP process, and helping out with any other Accounting tasks needed.

Description

Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
Develop and manage accounting projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Work independently to identify, gather, and use necessary resources and information to execute assigned tasks.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures.
Ensure proper accounting of transactions in compliance with Zeta accounting standards.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
Ability to take initiative and work independently to solve problems and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
