We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent - Santa Paula to oversee multifamily construction projects in Santa Paula, CA, while being based in Los Angeles. Description

• Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Team Management: Supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce company safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring adherence to project specifications and plans.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to address questions, resolve issues, and provide progress updates.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential risks, delays, or challenges to maintain smooth project flow.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Multifamily Superintendent - Santa Paula, with a focus on 100-300 unit developments.
• Strong familiarity with construction processes, materials, and best practices specific to multifamily housing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of California building codes and regulations, with experience in Santa Paula projects a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Santa Paula as required.
