Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget. You will work closely with the leadership team, subcontractors, and clients to manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring high-quality execution and strong team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and design teams to maintain project alignment.
Monitor site progress, enforce safety regulations, and address any project-related challenges.
Ensure adherence to contract documents and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Participate in business development activities and assist with project proposals as needed.
Profile
5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably in K-12, higher education, or commercial projects.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and industry tools.
