Assistant Project Manager- Commercial Construction
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager with experience in ground-up commercial construction to join a dynamic general contractor in Miami. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-profile projects while supporting senior leadership in delivering successful builds on time and within budget.

Description
Assist in managing the full lifecycle of ground-up commercial construction projects.
Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and procurement.
Help track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Participate in meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Assist with RFI (Requests for Information), submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Conduct site visits to monitor project status and ensure safety compliance.
Profile
2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or other construction management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ($75,000 - $90,000) + performance-based bonuses.
