Bilingual Case Manager (English & Korean)
- Hybrid schedule available: 2 days remote work per week
- Office-based setting with regular use of computers and telephones
- Must be able to travel locally via public transportation for home or institutional visits

Our client is a well-established nonprofit organization.
Description
- Conduct client intakes and initial screenings when needed
- Provide accurate, timely information on public benefits, entitlements, and service programs
- Assist clients in accessing services through counseling, advocacy, and appropriate referrals
- Apply for and recertify clients for public benefits and entitlements
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate case documentation using the agency's case management system
- Track reassessments, service delivery, client engagement, and financial data
- Conduct home, hospital, or institutional visits to assess client conditions
- Provide supportive counseling and continued client follow-up
- Collaborate and exchange timely updates with colleagues and external providers
- Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and staff trainings
- Supervise social work students (as needed) and coordinate translation services
- Prepare reports, compile statistics, and support program evaluation efforts
- Uphold agency standards related to client care, appearance, attendance, and interpersonal interactions
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required
- Must be fluent in both Korean and English
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in social work or human services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital case management tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail
- Commitment to treating clients with respect, empathy, and professionalism
