Supply Planning Manager - Beauty - Remote

We're seeking an experienced Supply Planning Change Manager to lead critical change initiatives within supply planning. This role focuses on managing packaging changes, sustainability requirements, and component adjustments related to tariffs-ensuring smooth transitions without impacting product availability. Unlike new product development, this position emphasizes ownership of changes within existing SKUs.

• Drive change management for packaging, sustainability, and tariff-related component updates.
• Own and implement supply planning changes across SKUs, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply plans to meet service and financial targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply disruptions or bottlenecks.
• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Profile

A successful Change Manager should have:

• Proven experience in Supply Planning (not demand planning). Brand side is a huge plus!
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Industry experience in beauty, food/beverage, or health & wellness.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
