Description

• Manage healthcare and medical office interior projects from turnover through completion

• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting

• Lead subcontractor buyout and coordination

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Coordinate closely with field teams to drive schedule adherence

• Interface with ownership and institutional stakeholders

Profile

• Experience managing medical office or hospital interior projects

• Proven ability to run interior fit-outs independently

• Strong cost control and subcontractor management skills

• Stable career history with solid tenure

• Comfortable working in active healthcare environments
