Project Manager - Medical Office / Healthcare Interiors
Join a long-standing Miami General Contractor to lead medical office and healthcare interior projects from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-visibility healthcare fit-outs within an established and relationship-driven organization.

Our client is a Miami-based General Contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering multifamily, hospitality, aviation, and commercial projects throughout South Florida. The company is family-led, financially stable, and known for maintaining long-term client relationships and consistent repeat business in specialized sectors.
Description
Manage healthcare and medical office interior projects from turnover through completion
Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Lead subcontractor buyout and coordination
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate closely with field teams to drive schedule adherence
Interface with ownership and institutional stakeholders
Profile
Experience managing medical office or hospital interior projects
Proven ability to run interior fit-outs independently
Strong cost control and subcontractor management skills
Stable career history with solid tenure
Comfortable working in active healthcare environments
