Description

• Oversee daily jobsite operations from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using project management software
• Mentor and lead field crews to ensure productivity and professionalism

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven success managing ground-up and/or interior finish-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
